Behind our team is creative director, Leah Little, bringing over 20 years of experience in the event business to Encore. Leah is not your average event planner. Her broad base of experience includes producing, directing, and stage management. She also has extensive knowledge in lighting, sound, set design, choreography, casting and costuming. Her floral arrangements and centerpieces have won numerous awards. Leah is probably best known for creating the "Excite Nite", theme events for the University of Kentucky.
